Vodafone assess push-to-talk usability with BigEars - Vodafone

When Vodafone introduced push-to-talk services, they used BigEars to get feedback from pilot users of the service.

Vodafone used BigEars to keep in touch with their panel of users piloting their new Push to Talk service. They would send the users a TxT message inviting them to give feedback and the user just needed to hit the call button on their phone, while reading the TxT and it placed a call to the BigEars survey. Users then answered the questions by voice, and the Vodafone team was immediately able to keep informed about the progress and outcomes of this usability study.
