  • Questions can have a fixed set of responses (e.g. very satisfied, somewhat satisfied , or yes/no etc)
  • You can also ask open ended questions. In this case the callers answer will be recorded and you can listen to their answer via the website. In addition to the audio you can optionally have a text transcript of the answer.
