Advanced Features
- BigEars has developed, in close collaboration with our customers, a range of advanced features. You might not use these on your first survey, but they unleash a huge amount of power and flexibility for you to exploit when you're ready.
- Email alerts. Turn these on or off to get an email transcript of every call, or a email with the results summary after X calls. This means you can keep in touch with your information collection without checking the website. The emails all have links though to the relevant section of the website, so you can follow up with one click.
- Skip logic or Branching. The next question depends on the answer to the previous one. Great for targeting open-ended questions at specific groups of respondents. E.g. If a caller has just bought product X and say they use it less than they expected to, then ask them "what factors limit your use of this product?"
- Annotating calls. Great for high value calls like recruitment interviews, you can add comments, categories, scores to individual calls or questions for others to see, and also export the annotated results to your own databases. In a recruitment interview, you can review a candidates interview online and add your own comments scores and analysis. Then your client can log in and see the candidates you've short-listed and listen to the interviews and answers you've highlighted.
- Web based database integration. Have all results pushed automatically into your in-house database or CRM system. Great for building BigEars surveys or interviews into your core business processes.
